The cafe was built for half the cost of a traditional Corner Bakery cafe.

The location offers existing and prospective franchisees a blueprint for opening or relocating a Corner Bakery Cafe with the brand’s new design and a best-in-class initial investment designed to deliver an excellent return.

Original artwork and decor, including the iconic “T” sign from the first Chicago location, connect the space to Corner Bakery’s history. Designed around how guests gather and work today, the cafe features longer tables, a bright dining area and more outlets for working lunches, informal meetings and catching up with friends.
