As HerFinIQ’s Reach Grows, Jessica Perrone Expands Her Mission to Help More Women Build Financial Confidence

Perrone is mentoring 100 women through Working for Women while expanding HerFinIQ’s reach through national media, community and financial education.

Women want to learn, but they also want a place where they feel comfortable asking questions. The goal is to make money less intimidating and help women feel confident taking action.”

— Jessica Perrone, Founder of HerFinIQ

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — For Jessica Perrone, financial education has never been just about teaching women how to invest. It’s about giving women the confidence, tools and support to take control of their financial futures.

That mission continues to grow.

Perrone, an Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®), former Wall Street professional and founder of HerFinIQ, is currently mentoring 100 women through Working for Women, helping participants strengthen their financial knowledge and build greater confidence around money.

At the same time, Perrone has continued to bring financial education to a wider national audience, appearing in nearly 10 television interviews this year to discuss the money issues affecting women and families. She is also developing Hey Jessica, a financial coaching app designed to give women another approachable way to get financial guidance and support.

On Tuesday, August 25, Perrone will continue those conversations with the next free HerFinIQ Money Meet-Up, an interactive virtual gathering where women can ask questions, talk openly about money and learn alongside other women.

“What I’m seeing over and over again is that women want to learn, but they also want a place where they feel comfortable asking questions,” said Perrone. “Whether I’m mentoring women, doing a television interview or talking with someone at a Money Meet-Up, the goal is the same: make money feel less intimidating and help women feel confident taking action.”

The monthly HerFinIQ Money Meet-Ups bring together women at different ages, income levels and stages of their financial lives. Conversations tackle the financial decisions women are navigating every day, including investing, retirement, debt, credit, career changes and building long-term wealth.

Perrone’s work with Working for Women is taking that mission even further by giving her the opportunity to mentor 100 women and help them develop financial skills that can have a lasting impact on their lives.

It’s part of a broader effort by Perrone to meet women where they are — through community programs, mentorship, national media, technology and free financial education.

Her latest project, the Hey Jessica financial coaching app, was also highlighted at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center Milestone Summit this summer, as she continues developing new ways to make financial education and coaching more accessible.

“Financial confidence doesn’t happen overnight,” Perrone added. “It comes from learning, asking questions and then having the confidence to make that next decision. That’s what we’re trying to give women — wherever they are starting from.”
